Cheese Society Brie Box

It’s here, the model, Brie de Meaux. Ready to be painted like one of your French girls!

The Cheese Society has created a delivery of a wedge of Brie (that will be used as the muse and model for the art class) along with a wedge of Stitchelton, an incredible local unpasteurised cheese, plus with a box of Peter’s Yard crackers. Graze on cheese while you paint cheese and drink wine, what is not to like?

Please note all cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can!

Pack includes

Brie de Meaux AOC
Weight: approx 200g.
A full and fruity raw milk cheese, traditionally made to artisan methods. A soft, unctuous texture with easy yet complex, nutty flavours. The cheeses have a very pale yellow center when ripe, which becomes gooey and more flavoursome with maturity. Pairing Suggestion – Fourseed Sourdough Crackers A whole Brie de Meaux weighs approx 3kg -if you would like a full wheel please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

Stichelton
Weight: approx 200g.
Stichelton is an English blue cheese made by Joe Schneider using organic, unpasteurised Friesian-Holstein cow’s milk on his Collingthwaite Farm in Nottinghamshire. It is made to a traditional Blue Stilton recipe, except that it uses raw milk and natural rennet.  Pairing Suggestion – baked fig ball

Weight: PETER’S YARD – 100g.
A pack of savoury biscuits ideal for serving with cheese
